Krassimir Stoychev
CEO

Krassimir Stoychev has an MA in econometrics and spent his entire career in the Hi-Tech Sector. After working in several Hi-Tech companies, he founded in 1994 MobilTel - the first Bulgarian GSM operator, where he was both the owner and CEO until its sale in 1998. After several other ventures, he founded Max Telecom in 2005.


Stewart Karalyan
Director of Special Projects

Stewart Karalyan is an engineer, and holds a Master Degree in Radio Electronics from the Technical University in Sofia. He has many years of experience in the communications field, of which five years with Kapsch AG in Vienna, Austria. In addition he was co-founder in 1994 of Mobiltel AD - the first GSM operator in Bulgaria, where co-owner and board member of the sale of the company in 1998, after which he became one of the founders of Max Telecom in 2005.
